A good scrum master needs these top soft skills to be effective in
his Scrum Coaching
role. The list is not comprehensive in any way; please feel free to add more in
comments.
Communicator - Primary work communication and Scrum Coaching communication is used to fulfill things. The Scrum
Master is always running the facilities and agenda of meetings. It is difficult
without solid communication skills.
